We have just released our second podcast, Episode One of The Martian Telescope. Be sure to check it out as I had the pleasure of scoring and engineering all the sounds for it.
Gygax died the morning of March 4, 2008, at his home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He was in semi-retirement, having almost suffered a heart attack after receiving incorrect medication to prevent further strokes after those on April 1 and May 4, 2004. He was diagnosed with an inoperable abdominal aortic aneurysm. Even while his health failed, gaming remained very much a part of his life.
I would like the world to remember me as the guy who really enjoyed playing games and sharing his knowledge and his fun pastimes with everybody else.
The first episode of "Tales from the Aether" is now available for your listening pleasure. I had the honor of heading up the music, sound effects, and engineering of this project and am quite pleased with the turn out. You can hear it here...
I've been a long time admirer of this site and all the incredible work on it, and fate has finally been kind enough to allow me to participate thanks to the kindness of Ms. Fancypants scanning some of my work. I hope to expand on this soon.
Most of the work here is doodles of this and that...ways to pass the time at a boring day job without becoming the lead role in the next youtube office violence vid of the week.
